Preserving a Rural Future
The Kittitas County Conservation Coalition is a unique county-wide non-profit
organization dedicated to preserving the high quality of life enjoyed by the citizens of
Kittitas County.
The Coalition’s main focuses are on water, to assure supply and quality of water for
humans and wildlife for now and the future, to provide input on public safety as it relates
to the transportation system, fire prevention and protection of the public and our fire
and emergency personnel in the rural lands of Kittitas County.
The Coalition is a non-partisan organization made up of people from many backgrounds.
Volunteer fire fighters, a professional planner, a physical therapist, federal, state and
local government employees, a veterinarian, retired and active professional lobbyists,
land managers, a real estate professional and others, we are a diverse group
representative of Kittitas County.
